**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally

- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

- Utilize phone & email etiquette to provide a positive customer experience

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or sales purposes

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

**Skills:**

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations

- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience in outbound calling and upselling preferred

- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
